Ten additional board members have been confirmed as Group sets out vision for growth in France.
Marc Simon, Group Real Estate & Facilities Director at Dassault Systèmes has been confirmed as the new President of CoreNet Global’s France Networking Group, part of the international association of corporate real estate executives serving end users and service providers.
Marc Simon succeeds Michel Rousseau, who has acted as President of the France Networking Group since its formation in 2011. Michel will continue his active involvement with CoreNet Global in a new position as a board member.
A total of ten new board appointments have been confirmed by Marc Simon, as part of a move to build CoreNet Global’s presence in France, maximise value for members and reach an even wider group of real estate professionals, including among non-members.
Four key focus areas for the new board structure will reflect CoreNet Global’s worldwide value proposition to meet member’s strategic needs relating to key business drivers at a local, global and virtual level, including through networks, knowledge-sharing and professional development.
The core focus areas and new board appointments include:
Belong: Belonging to essential professional communities with the right connections and expertise. Board representatives: Serena Rossi and Marc Simon.
Grow: Use technological and scientific intelligence in order to promote French expertise, share current and future international expertise and promote international careers. Board representatives: Marie Puybaraud and Katia Rizk.
Learn: Professional training and development through peer-recognised, certified programmes. Board representatives: Sadok Laurent and Michel Rousseau.
Connect: Anticipating the needs of members and organizing essential, topical events with industry leaders. Board representatives: Valerie Simier, Bérengère Oster, Laurence Girod and Damien Sanouillet.
