Al Maryah Island for sale at Cityscape Abu Dhabi

Investors will have the opportunity to buy into premier lifestyle destination Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, at the 10th edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi, 12-14 April.

 

Al Maryah Island is a mixed-use development in the heart of Abu Dhabi city with a drive to be a major catalyst in Abu Dhabi’s urban master plan objective of environmental, economic and social sustainability. Located at the crossroads of Mina Zayed, Al Reem Island and Saadiyat Island. It will feature an integrated transport infrastructure network that includes 13 bridges, a multi-tier road network and a comprehensive public transport system.

“A number of key assets are set for delivery in the coming months and years, including the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Abu Dhabi in May 2016, expansion of the waterfront promenade by Q3 2016, and the opening of Al Maryah Central retail development expected in 2018. These will add to the vibrant mixed-use development and we are confident that this will attract further investors and developers to continue bringing Al Maryah Island to life.”

 

Cityscape Abu Dhabi is hosted under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahym, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the event will offer real estate investors from around the world the opportunity to interact with developers featuring numerous new property launches as well as updates on existing developments in Abu Dhabi.

 

In addition to regional projects, buyers will be able to inquire about international developments, such as the Didube Tower properties showcased by United International Group.
