Qualia Development sells investment land in a seaside resort Jurata (PL)

Qualia Development, a company from the PKO BP group, has just sold the investment land in Jurata, on the Hel Peninsula, with a total area of 16,640m². The transaction value was nearly 10 million euros. The vendor was advised by Colliers International.

 

“The sale consisted of two investment plots allowing for the construction of a luxury residential project overlooking the bay and a hotel. The transaction process included talks about the categorization and standardization of the hotel building. Colliers participated in choosing the hotel chain, which will construct its object in Jurata”, said Emil Domeracki of Colliers International responsible for the transaction.

 

Qualia Development is a development company, a member of PKO Bank Polski corporate group. Qualia carries out housing construction projects and builds a network of condo hotels, operated under the global brand of Golden Tulip. Investment Services Department of Colliers International has recently supported the company in the sale of 100% stake in Fort Mokotów Inwestycje for over €31 million.
