LyLo, part of EVT, has kickstarted the global expansion of its innovative pod hotel concept and has chosen London as the potential location of its first European property.
Appointed as sole agent, P-Three is initially focused on potential sites in Southwark, although other central locations will be considered.
Pod hotels offer compact spaces featuring beds, secure storage, and shared amenities like bathrooms and dining areas. LyLo enhances this experience with a focus on security, privacy, and modern amenities like lights, fans, and chargers. Originally popular in Japan among business professionals, pod hotels have gained global popularity for their affordability, appealing to modern travellers who want to save on accommodation expenses to invest in experiences and social interactions.
