The 4-star Orizont Hotel in Predeal has been sold for c. €10.5m to Alexandrion Group.
The purchasing entity, N.S.&Sons Gloal Investments, wholly owned by the Romanian businessman of Syrian origin Nawaf Salameh, owner of Alexandrion Group.
Previously, the 139-room Orizont Hotel was owned by FEPER SA, which manages two other hotels in Predeal and Ploie?ti. FEPER SA is predominantly controlled (85.8%) by Transilvania Investments, formerly known as SIF Transilvania. Two years ago, The Makers expressed their intention to renovate the Orizont Hotel in Predeal, which they subsequently took over.
