MNK Partners acquires Budapest university building (HU)

MNK Partners, acting on behalf of its MNK One Fund, has acquired the Kodolanyi Janos University building on Frangepan Street in Budapest, Hungary.

 

The building offers 7,500m² leasable area and 40 surface car parking spaces. The property, located in District XIII, is entirely leased on a long-term basis to the Kodolanyi Janos University, a state-accredited non-profit university owned by Docler Holding and offering various academic programs to local and international students.

 

The acquisition marks the market entry in Hungary of Paris based MNK Partners after acquisitions in Poland in 2020.
