Meliá Hotels International and Grupo Pryconsa have unveiled plans to open the 273-room INNSiDE Madrid Valdebebas Hotel. The property will be the closest hotel to Madrid Airport Terminal 4. The project has a prime location between the Valdebebas development and the airport area, with which it will be connected through the spectacular "Puente de la Concordia". It will be only 10 minutes from the Plaza de Castilla and 5 minutes from the IFEMA exhibition centre, with easy access by road, and alongside the most luxurious new developments in Madrid and the Real Madrid Sports City.
Facilities will include a gym, bar and restaurant, as well as a 405m² rooftop area with a fantastic lounge and swimming pool, as well as an adjoining area for a Convention Centre and multi-purpose events venue measuring more than 4,500m². In addition to the potential generated by its proximity to the airport and IFEMA, Saint Croix plans to build a modern, private hospital on the site next to the hotel, which will also create synergies with its services and users.
