Culinary credentials are delivered by Patatino, an all-day trattoria offering Italian classics infused with Scottish ingredients. Founded by Sinclair Beecham in 2006 and acquired by Ennismore under CEO Sharan Pasricha in 2012, The Hoxton continues its pan-European growth with this €200 m expansion, including the Edinburgh launch backed by Cedar Capital Partners.
