Valad Europe has been appointed by Tide Finance B.V. to manage the Landmark Portfolio in the Netherlands.
The Landmark Portfolio comprises 13 office assets totaling 60,200 m² located predominantly in the Randstad conurbation. The portfolio includes, among others, a 13,500 m² asset near De Omval and close to Amstel railway station, an 8,000 m² asset in the Zuidoost district of Amsterdam and a 2,600 m²city center office building in Groningen, in direct vicinity of the University Medical Center.
Over the course of the five year mandate, Valad Europe will focus on creating value in the portfolio and increasing rental income through the implementation of various asset management initiatives.
