Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH has acquired the Eurolog Rade logistics centre for the IVG Garbe logistics fund.
The multifunctional logistics park with a total rental area of around 37,500m² (34,000m² of logistics space and 3,500m² of office space) is located in the southern Hamburg metropolitan region right by the A1 motorway in the Wennerstorf commercial district of the Wenzendorf municipality. It is just 25km from the Port of Hamburg, 40km from Hamburg Airport and 80km from Bremen.
The Rade centre is almost fully let with an occupancy rate of 96%. The fund, which is jointly managed by TRIUVA and Garbe Industrial Real Estate, invests exclusively in core logistics properties at established locations in Germany.
