TIAA-CREF through its subsidiaries in France has closed the financing of the Areva Tower in la Defense for a total amount of 180,000,000.
Eurohypo AG (Paris Branch) is the mandated arranger (sole underwriter). Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank joined the deal as co-arranger and Credit Foncier de France as Participant.
TIAA has been advised by Linklaters LLP. The banks have been advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel and Etude Allez et Associes.
