STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) has been commissioned by Deka Immobilien to provide technical and commercial property management for two real estate portfolios. The corresponding contracts for a total of more than 140 properties were signed for a further three years each with an option to extend.
In addition to commercial and technical property management, the contract also includes support with transactions, budget planning and modernization measures.
As part of the mandate, STRABAG PFS will also provide services in the context of ESG such as certification and data management as well as manage-to-green measures.

The properties in the main portfolio are mostly located in metropolitan areas and large cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart and Munich and are mainly used as office space. The second portfolio consists of retail properties and specialist retail centres, including in smaller locations throughout Germany.
