Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) has provided a pan-European credit facility of €63m to Realterm.
This marks the third credit facility pbb provided to Realterm in the last 18 months. The facility is secured by 14 high-quality transportation-advantaged logistics properties in The Netherlands, France, Belgium and Spain. The portfolio totals 122.208m2 of lettable area across a mix of final mile, and transportation-focused industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties, including cross-dock truck terminals, with a well-diversified tenant base.
Walter Hampel, Head of Real Estate Finance Continental Europe, said: “Realterm is an esteemed client, specializing in a particular segment within the field of logistics and industrial real estate. We are pleased to have supported them already in three financing transactions in Europe so far. Our latest loan to them is a fine example of a pan-European financing, an expertise we are particularly proud of.”
