Prime Mall, the biggest shopping center in Southeast Turkey, was opened today in Gaziantep. Prime Mall Gaziantep was constructed in 15 months and opens 90% prelet. The investment volume amounts to €125 million.
Prime Mall Gaziantep is the biggest Shopping Center in the region with 169 shops, located on four retail levels with a total GLA of 54,100 m². 1,518 parking lots are arranged as 'sandwich parking' – below the building, on top and on the ground – and ensure optimal flow of visitors in all mall areas.
Prime Mall Gaziantep is the third investment of the German developer, after two other shopping centers in Iskenderun and Antakya, which are other provinces of the Hatay region. “With our three shopping centers we are the dominating market player in the region”, explains Carsten Probst, Co-founder and Shareholder of Prime Development.
Prime Mall Gaziantep is a fourth generation shopping center. This most recent generation of shopping centers offers apart from a shopping experience more leisure facilities like restaurants, cafes, cinemas and play worlds for children. "Modern shopping centers are not only shopping destinations but at the same time a lively local market place and a meeting point to spend time and relax.
