Situated on the 12th floor of the Blue Tower, Orega have created a collaborative office space suitable for freelancers, startups, entrepreneurs and big thinkers. The Blue Room Offers shared workstations, a contemporary business lounge and the option to hire out well-designed meeting rooms.
Occupiers also have the option to rent a shared desk for 10 days a month with the added bonus of receiving all of the perks of an Orega Virtual Office, or rent their own permanent desk with 24/7, 365-day access to The Blue Room – all contracts start from a minimum of three months. Occupants will have access to first class office amenities and the opportunity to network with other Co-Workers and expand their business contacts.
Coworking is on the rise, with the world supply of coworking spaces rising from 3,400 in 2013 to 7,800 in 2015. DTZ predicts there will be over 50,000 coworking spaces worldwide by the year 2018.
