Meridia Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of the shopping centre Miramadrid, located in Madrid.
The property comprises a 7,148 m² mall. Opened in August 2009, the shopping centre is distributed over two floors above ground and has 50 retail units and a petrol station.
The main anchor tenant of the shopping centre is Mercadona (the leading retailer in Spain), which accounts for 31% of total built area. Other tenants include Burger King, Telepizza, Bodybell and Telefónica Movistar.
Meridia Capital was advised on the deal by Knight Frank, Dokei and Roca Junyent.
