Mega Mall shopping center opens in Sofia, Bulgaria (BL)

The new shopping center Mega Mall in Sofia, which is managed and leased by ECE Bulgaria, has opened. The center is located in the West of the Bulgarian capital and is the modern marketplace for the people living in the city district of Lyulin.
"Mega Mall" is home to 100 shops, restaurants and cafés on a leasable area of 24,000 m². Among the tenants are renowned fashion outlets, such as Reserved, Cropp, House, and Mohito who focus on modern and young leisure fashion.
Moreover, the sports store Sport Vision and the toy retailer Hippoland also operate a shop at the center. The supermarket chain Billa and the consumer electronics market Techmart both premiere in a shopping gallery in Bulgaria. "Mega Mall" offers an outdoor playground and a professional play and child care facility.
The project investor and developer is the Austrian company Real4You. Headquartered in the Austrian city of Ansfelden near Linz, the company was founded in 1995 and specializes in developing and realizing properties abroad.
