Kungsleden AB has divested the non-strategic office properties Poppeln 7 in Vänersborg and Länsstyrelsen 1 in Mariestad, as well as the land properties Pilen 2-7 in Vänersborg. Fastighets AB Stenvalvet has acquired the properties for SEK59m (€6.36m).

The property Poppeln 7 includes 7,700m² office space in central Vänersborg while Pilen 2-7 are land properties, which are currently leased as parking space. The property Länsstyrelsen 1 includes 5,100m² office space in Mariestad.

The properties are divested to Fastighets AB Stenvalvet for SEK59m (€6.36m), which is above the book value and closing will take place on June 13. Kungsleden will leave the municipalities Vänersborg and Mariestad as a result of the divestments, which lowers Kungsleden’s geographical concentration to 64 municipalities.
