Informatica has leased approx. 1903m² of office space with parking spaces situated in the office building ‘Oval Tower’ at De Entrée 99-97 in Amsterdam to locate its EMEA head office.

Currently based in Nieuwegein, Informatica has recently decided to move to Amsterdam primarily due to the attractive business climate of Amsterdam Zuid but also the attractive building and possibilities for partitioning and joint users. Oval Tower has been completely renovated and made sustainable over the past few years, offering attractive facilities as well as its own restaurant.

Zuid is known as the business district of Amsterdam, within easy reach of the motorway and public transport. Development of the area has been soaring with several large projects underway. Most recently, the development of Lot P15 Ravel was confirmed in October this year, set to cover a total floor area of between 50,000m² and 75,000m². The Pavilion is currently under construction and is expected to be complete in June 2016 and is already fully let to Makerstreet B.V., and an agency specialising in marketing and product development.

Informatica was advised by Colliers International.
