GRI: 3 weeks to go for UK’s most Senior-level Real Estate Networking Event

3 weeks left to register for the annual British GRI 2014. British GRI offers a high-level networking platform for senior-level real estate professionals active in UK & Europe and will once again gather the decision makers on 29-30 April in London. Over two days attendees will participate in a series of informal, closeddoor discussions covering key areas of the UK & Europe’s real estate market including office, retail, private equity and residential, secondary markets & assets.

Senior-level local and international lenders, developers and investors active in UK & Europe’s real estate including Richard Spencer (Goldman Sachs), Rob Harper (Blackstone), Peter Denton (Starwood), Richard Kolb (CPPIB) and Christian Janssen (TIAA Henderson Real Estate) and many more, will get together at the British GRI to network, develop relationships and discuss the future of the UK & European real estate.

British GRI 2014 is about UK real estate investments and development, but it also takes a wider European angle this year, and includes more sessions on the secondary markets and assets, even more foreign investors and a larger distressed/opportunistic focus. The following topics are a glimpse of what will be discussed at the event:

- Foreign capital in the UK - What assets? What locations?

- Lending - Who is up to the task and who is playing it safe?

- Student housing - A new mainstream asset class?

- Asset management - More important than ever before?

- European NPLs - Where are the potential hotspots?
