Echo Investment has concluded a loan agreement worth nearly €25m with BGŻ BNP Paribas. The funds acquired from the construction loan will be used to finance two stages of Symetris Business Park in Łódź.
“The loan acquired for the Symetris Business Park project is another stage of cooperation of Echo Investment and the BGŻ BNP Paribas bank, following the refinancing of A4 Business Park and West Gate in H1 this year. I am glad that we returned to cooperation with our partner so quickly. It undoubtedly confirms a very good perception of our company, the quality of our projects and the tenant mix in our developments,” says Grzegorz Iwański, director of Echo Investment’s Funding Department.
Symetris Business Park is being developed on al. Piłsudskiego – the main traffic route in the city which connects the city centre with the two largest districts in Łódź – Widzew and Retkinia. The project was originally called Aurus but it has been redesigned and it is currently being developed in accordance with the new concept prepared by architects from the Pracownia Architektury, Urbanistyki i Wnętrz B’ART studio. The complex consisting of two office buildings will offer an area of over 19,000 m².
