Corio N.V. has successfully priced a bond issue of 250 million with a maturity of 10 years.
The proceeds of this transaction will be used for general corporate purposes and allow Corio to extend its debt maturity profile. The 250 mln. bond issue, which offers a 5.448% coupon and matures on 10 August 2020, is subject to documentation. The bonds will be placed with a single foreign institutional investor.
The bonds are issued by Corio and will be listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
Corio has been assigned a BBB+ rating by Standard & Poors and a Baa1 byMoody's, both with a stable outlook. J.P. Morgan acted as lead manager for this issue.
