Cording takes over property management of the GEWA Tower, near Stuttgart (DE)

Cording Real Estate Group (Cording) has secured the property management mandate for the GEWA Tower at Schorndorfer Strasse 60 in Fellbach near Stuttgart. The building is currently still under construction.

 

The property is a development by the GEWA Group. Upon completion, scheduled for the start of 2017, the 107m tower will be Germany’s third largest residential building. Providing 10,500m² of residential accommodation across 34 floors, the building comprises approximately 65 apartments, ranging in size from 60 to 430m².

 

Cording has been instructed to carry out the technical management, including the supervision of all external service providers in the property. The company will also take over the management of the apartments and bookkeeping, including operating cost accounting for the entire property.
