Arcus Real Estate closed their 2014 budget with great satisfaction. Sicilia Outlet Village had an extraordinary performance in 2014 with steady growth in economic terms, footfall, tourist presence and new openings.
Three prestigious brands have decided to open their own boutique within the first half of 2015 adding to designers already present such as Gucci, Armani, Ermenegildo Zegna, Versace, Dolce&Gabbana to name a few.
Comparing 2014 data to 2013, Sicilia Outlet Village, the first and only luxury outlet village in Sicily, recorded +26% in turnover, + 15% footfall and +20% tourist visitors. In 2014 the opening of Phase 2 brought a big boost to the village with the arrival of 13 new retailers. Phase 2 extends over a sales area of approximately 3,000 m², bringing the total GLA of Sicilia Outlet Village to 30,000 m² and a merchandising mix even more detailed and complete.
