Siddall Jones has sold Swallow House, located on Shilton Industrial Estate, in Bulkington, following a competitive bidding process. Siddall Jones was instructed to dispose of the 3,741m2 asset following the insolvency of the previous occupier XK Engineering. The property has been sold to Wolf Systems also located on Shilton Industrial Estate.
