Triuva has acquired two retail buildings in Heidelberg. The purchase price for the two properties amounts to more than €30m.
Situated in a prime location on Heidelberg’s main street, the properties have a total rental area of more than 3,000m². The retail space is firmly in the hands of clothing retailers.
Both properties were acquired together with the retail specialists Wegner & Schoofs, who are also taking on property management. Legal advice on the purchase was provided by lawyers from RWP, while technical due diligence was performed by experts from REC.
Triuva plans to acquire further retail properties in Germany's mid-size cities.
