The Torrecardenas project draws on the city’s film-making legacy and provides a unique, differential character in the design of its spaces and the visitor experience while establishing an emotional link with society and promoting integration and customer loyalty for the new project. The distribution of the shopping areas and the feel of the centre are therefore inspired by the seventh art, including nods to the film world in the treatment of the floor, simulating a red carpet, and the interplay of lights and contrasts that make the space look as theatrical as possible.
Torrecardenas boasts a unique offer not found in its immediate surroundings integrating fashion range, which takes up to 56% of the overall area, leisure and bars and restaurants under the same roof. The leisure range includes 5,000m² cinema complex, as well as a climbing centre and multi-adventure children’s area unlike anything currently existing in Almería.
