Toivo Group Plc starts €6.8m family home project in Espoo centre. The site will be comprised of 17 apartments, that will be sold as owner-occupied homes to consumers. The site is located right in the heart of Espoo centre, with good transport connections and daily services nearby.
“We have succeeded in developing a distinctive courtyard on the rocky plot, which is also the origin of the site’s name As Oy Espoon Alppirinne,” said architect Janne Jylkas, who designed the site.
“Espoon Alppirinne has its own plot and district heating as the heat source. These will help to keep the living costs reasonable. Estimated time of completion of the homes is in December 2025,” said project manager Jorma Piironen, who led the design of the site.
