Toivo Group Plc (Toivo) will start a €8m construction project in Oulunkyla, Helsinki. The project will be carried out as a joint venture with Toivo’s partner, Weston Group (Weston). The site will include a total of 26 apartments and will be a concrete-structured apartment building.
“The project was developed in good collaboration with Weston’s professionals, resulting in a well-functioning overall plan and the sales of the apartments have gone well. The construction site is expected to start in October 2024,” said Toivo’s Chief Operating Officer, Urho Myllymaki.
The project is expected to be completed and handed over to customers in late autumn 2025.
