TDJ Estate has started the construction of the third stage of the First District estate in Katowice. It will include two seventeen-storey buildings with 255 flats and apartments of various sizes and commercial premises. The whole will be complemented by other attractive common areas for residents, distinguishing this investment on the market.
In the third stage of the First District, the investor will offer studios (from c. 30m2), two-, three- and four-room apartments, as well as apartments (up to 145m2) located on the top three floors. The project also includes four commercial premises on the ground floors of the buildings, including more common spaces for residents – the flagship concept of the housing estate implemented by TDJ Estate and designed by Medusa Group.
In the First District, there is already a Creative Zone, created for artistic passions and DIY, m.in; Relaxation Zone conducive to relaxation in company or alone; Meeting Zone, where you can organize, for example, workshops, birthday parties, business meetings or gala dinner; Activity Zone – from strength training to yoga; or the Multimedia Zone – a place for an intimate cinema or a game on your favourite console. Along with the third stage of the estate, they will be joined by a Play Zone designed so that children can stay in a safe, ergonomic environment and use the available educational materials, as well as a Games Zone, which will allow them to spend time playing billiards, table football or board games.
In the third stage, reception lobbies and practical pram rooms, bicycle rooms and storage rooms will also be put into use. The underground car park will have 262 parking spaces and electric car charging stations.
As in the case of the previous phases of the investment, the space around the buildings will be filled with greenery. Residents can also expect another section of the roller skating track and a new road system to improve communication around the estate.
“The First District, like other TDJ Estate projects, is implemented based on the idea of mixed-use, which focuses on diversity and functionality. In addition to comfortable and modern residential buildings, residents have at their disposal service facilities, restaurants and recreational spaces composed in such a way as to best meet their daily needs and foster inter-neighbourhood meetings,” said Aleksandra Posmyk, Sales Manager at TDJ Estate. "The location of the estate in the heart of Katowice is conducive to saving time because everything that is most important and necessary for life is located at so-called walking distance. The First District is thus part of the trend of looking for apartments closer to the city centre. In addition, our focus on cooperation with the area, creating new events, creating a good neighbourly atmosphere, and at the same time taking care of the smallest detail in the sphere of aesthetics or functionality, also determine the exclusivity of this offer” – he added.
