TRIUVA has sold an office building located at Salmisaarenaukio 1 in central Helsinki to Swedish developer and asset manager Skandia Fastigheter. The transaction price has not been disclosed.
The fully-let core property was built in 2007 and is located in Helsinki´s Ruoholahti office district in the southwestern part of the central city area. It consists of 8 floors, with a total office space of 14,430 m². The asset´s main tenants are nuclear power company Fennovoima and telecommunications software company Comptel.
