TRIUVA has sold an office building located at Salmisaarenaukio 1 in central Helsinki to Swedish developer and asset manager Skandia Fastigheter. The transaction price has not been disclosed.
The fully-let core property was built in 2007 and is located in Helsinki´s Ruoholahti office district in the southwestern part of the central city area. It consists of 8 floors, with a total office space of 14,430 m². The asset´s main tenants are nuclear power company Fennovoima and telecommunications software company Comptel.

We are well positioned to benefit from the current market phase to achieve attractive returns for our investors. We´ll remain active in the Nordics region going forward.”
