Resinova Bostad buys Swedish resi portfolio

K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter has completed a divestment comprising four properties in Vaxjo with an underlying property value of €57m (SEK 650m). The buyer is Resinova Bostad AB. The portfolio comprises 261 rental apartments with a combined lettable area of 17,960m² and a rental value of €2.9m (SEK 32.8m).
