Related Argent announced a new Co-Living development at the c. €9.4b Brent Cross Town scheme, with Halcyon Development Partners and DTZ Investors.
The new development will deliver 300 co-living units alongside a range of exciting indoor and outdoor communal spaces to Brent Cross Town with an anticipated completed GDV of c. €117m.
This will be the first co-living accommodation in the London Borough of Barnet. The development will bring Folk Co-Living to Brent Cross Town, further expanding the already wide range of residential accommodation available.
The development is located in the heart of the Brent Cross Town and will be just three minutes’ walk from Brent Cross West mainline station which connects with St Pancras International in as little as 12 minutes.
Brent Cross Town will work closely with Halcyon and DTZ Investors to design the development and engage with local communities and stakeholders prior to submitting a planning application.
Nik Dyer, Associate Director of Development at Halcyon, said: “We are delighted to be bringing our best-in-class Co-Living expertise alongside DTZ investors Folk Co-living Fund to the Brent Cross Town Masterplan. Our important partnership represents the continued confidence of institutional capital into Halcyon and the co-living sector, but also a first in recognising this accommodation model as an important part of a London masterplan and wider ecosystem of housing delivery.”
