Pinnacle Group plans to grow its collection of affordable housing with 250 new homes, increasing its total to 1,000 properties in England and Wales. These homes, built by Persimmon, will be overseen by Pinnacle Spaces, a Registered Provider within the Pinnacle Group.
This expansion will significantly increase Pinnacle Spaces' portfolio to around 500 homes, with further aspirations to surpass 1,000 in the near future. The new properties, offering both social rent and shared ownership choices, will be situated in Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex; Weston, Spalding; Wantage, Oxfordshire; and Exning, Newmarket.
Claire Kober, Managing Director – Homes at Pinnacle Group, commented: “We have a strong track record of delivering high-quality, well-managed homes and providing a reliable platform for investors. We are excited to add these properties to our portfolio, offering new affordable housing options for families and supporting community development.”
Andrew Davey, Head of Liability-Aware Strategies and Affordable Housing at CBRE Investment Management, added: “We are proud of our partnership with Pinnacle Spaces and Persimmon, which contributes to addressing the affordable housing crisis in the UK. This project highlights our commitment to bridging the gap between housing demand and supply while ensuring positive returns for investors.”
