The Ribble Valley Council has approved Muller Property Group's application to build a senior living facility. The facility, to be constructed on a c. 4,000m2 site just half a mile from Clitheroe town centre, will span c. 3,999m2 across three storeys and will feature a secure garden for its residents.
With 75 bedrooms, the home will also include a car park with 28 spaces, as well as a range of amenities such as a cafe, private dining rooms, and a cinema. The site, currently occupied by a discount furniture store, will be transformed following the approval of the plans drawn up by ADG Architects for the applicant, with support from Walsingham Planning and BEK Geo-Environmental Consulting.
