Logicenters buys industrial facility in Trondheim (NO)

Logicenters is continuing to establish itself in Norway with the latest acquisition of a new 18,000m² facility in Heimdal, one mile south of Trondheim city centre. Tenants include Maske Gruppen, Nordic Crane and Ramudden. The purchase price was not disclosed. The deal marks the first investment Logicenters has made in Trondheim.

“Logicenters is delighted with the acquisition of our first property in Trondheim. The region is an interesting logistical location for us, given the area's central position in the heart of Norway as we look for more locations outside the Oslo region,” said Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO of Logicenters.

"This is a modern property located in Trondheim's best micro-location for logistics properties with sound and long-term tenants. Combined with long-term development potential, this makes it an interesting investment for us. The property is an important piece of the puzzle for our continued growth in Norway,” said Jorgen Braten Nordby, Investment Manager at Logicenters.
