KanAm Grund Group, acting on behalf of Fokus Suddeutschland Fonds, has purchased two office properties in Munich, Germany for an undisclosed amount. After investments in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, Munich, with three properties is the largest investment location for Fokus Suddeutschland Fonds.
Originally built in 1984, the “Am Moosfeld” building was completely stripped down to the steel structure in 2017 and rebuilt. The adjacent two-story head section with retail and office spaces was newly erected the same year. The retail and office extension is connected to the warehouse by a passage. The property includes 26 external parking spaces. The property is leased to Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland GmbH which uses the building for its retail brand Raab Karcher Baustoffhandel.
