JLL has been appointed to represent the landlord in the letting of the office spaces in several properties at Budapest Airport.
Altogether 8,300m² office space is available in various buildings and locations between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Some areas have quick and free public access while others may enjoy the advantages of airport security protection. More than 6,000m² class-A office space could be built based on tenant requirements. Office leasing possibilities vary on a wide scale in terms of size from 1,000m² to 6,000m². Compact Headquarters with the advantage of the close vicinity of the airport; excellent parking ratio and great storage coverage are equally available.
JLL is experiencing increased tenant requests for alternative solutions against crowded city centre locations for which BUD Offices offer an effective solution. The strong focus on the development of the airport area including the infrastructure and the increasing number of available services such as hotel and cargo make this office location more favourable.
