The ICSC Retail Strategy & Trends Forum opens tomorrow in Berlin, Germany. The three day event will follow the theme “return on innovation” with speakers including Richard van Hooijdonk and Béatrice de Quinsonas, vice president and head of product research, MSCI France.
Interactive sessions will include the Keynote Presentation: The Future Of Retail along with seminars on Innovation In Performance Management and the Future of New Leasing Models. The forum will seek to understand how to deliver value for brands through marketing and measure the performance and rental growth of shopping centres.
Last week ICSC announced the finalists in the 2016 ICSC European Shopping Centre Awards at MAPIC, the annual international retail real estate show in Cannes, France.
