Indurent has completed the final phase of development at Indurent Park Burton, delivering 36418m2 of industrial space across five warehouse units. This marks the completion of c. 92903m2 of workspace at the site since 2017.
The new units, ranging from c. 3530m2 to 16072m2, meet high sustainability standards with BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings, plus EV charging infrastructure. The development supports up to 500 jobs and provides flexible, modern warehouse space.
Located near Burton-upon-Trent, the park offers strong connectivity, with 90% of the UK population accessible within four hours. It is home to major employers, including Hellman Worldwide Logistics and Gousto.
Indurent’s expansion aligns with a broader 70ha regeneration scheme, which includes 660 new homes and parkland. The company remains committed to supporting economic growth and industrial demand through strategic development.
