Infrahubs and Genesta are expanding Husqvarna's warehouse in Jonkoping by 35,000m2. This expansion will bring the total leasable area of the logistics property to over 80,000m2.
The project is a continuation of Genesta's acquisition in May 2023 and strengthens Jonkoping’s role as a central hub for modern logistics.
“The demand for logistics properties remains strong, driving investments in modern and sustainable facilities with strategic locations, long-term leases, and reliable tenants. The deal with Genesta confirms Infrahubs' leading position and attractive offering for the future of logistics,” said Andreas Ekberg, CEO of Infrahubs.
The property, currently fully leased to Husqvarna AB, is strategically located with excellent access to the E4 highway and is designed for future logistics needs in terms of automation and sustainability.
