Futureal Investment Partners has purchased the Manhattan shopping centre in Gdansk, Poland. The Manhattan Shopping Center comprises 25,570m² centres and is located at Aleja Grunwaldzka 82 in the Wrzeszcz area of Gdansk. The scheme was launched in 2004 and features 120 shops and a parking facility for 360 vehicles. It is anchored by the Eurospar supermarket, Sinsay, Rossmann and Propco. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Karol Pilniewicz, who heads Futureal Investment Partners, said: “Manhattan shopping centre is very well located in Gdansk but needs repositioning with the co-operation of the tenants and our partners. This is in line with our strategy of generating above-average returns from value-add and opportunistic situations”.
