Foruminvest Italia signed the agreement for the development of the 'Monopolis' Lifestyle Center in Monopoli (Puglia-Italy). Gran Shopping Mongolfiera was the first development project of Foruminvest Italia in Puglia, which opened to the public in 2008, with a lettable area of 35,000 m² and 130 stores, located in Molfetta (BA).
Monopolis Lifestyle Center is located near the motorway connecting Bari and Brindisi. It comprises more than 43,000 m² GLA, including a supermarket of approx. 4,500 m², more than fifteen MSU´s and various bars and restaurants that make up a beautiful food court facing the sea. In total, the Lifestyle Center will have about 60 stores and around 2,000 easily accessible parking spaces centrally located, surrounded by all the shops.
Monopolis will play an important role in a catchment area of approximately 350,000 consumers. The opening of the retail park is planned for the first quarter of 2019.
