CitySpace has opened its first centre in Lodz – the 2,000m2 centre. CitySpace Fuzja contains 301 workstations, 55 offices and three conference rooms that can be combined into one larger room for 12 people with a total area of 28m2. On the ground and first floors can be found creative space for shared work and relaxation zones.
"Our project offers a completely new quality of office space rental services. It is a place open to individual solutions and a flexible approach to creating space tailored to the needs of its users. Standard office space is no longer enough – now we expect dedicated solutions, added value, a unique atmosphere and equally unique surroundings from our workplace. These requirements are fully met by CitySpace." Lisa Zettlin, the managing director of CitySpace
Fuzja is being developed on the 80,000m2 site of the former 19th-century Karol Scheibler factory in the central Lodz Fabryczna district. It will contain 90,000m2 of residences and office space, along with the Anna Gardens city square. In total, it will comprise 22 buildings, of which 15 will be renovated original buildings. The first food and beverage concepts are to be opened this year: Bakery, Deseo, Zdrowa Krowa, Sakana Sushi and Chinkalnia. A Luppo Puppo kindergarten has already opened n the office building.
CitySpace Fuzja was designed by the MIXD studio.
