FinCap has sold the entire share capital of Asunto Oy Turku Kirstinpuiston Vaahtera. The site is an apartment building site built and rented by FinCap.
The fully rented property was sold to a private real estate investment company. The eight-floor building includes 55 apartments of different sizes and one commercial space.
