The sales negotiations for the Altmark wind farm, managed by SachsenFonds GmbH & Co. Windpark I KG, have concluded after a successful 23-year term. This demonstrates the quality of EURAMCO's asset management.
The agreed sales conditions will provide the investors with liquidation proceeds of around 90% of the limited partnership capital, resulting in a total payout of around 260% when combined with previous payments during the term.
The sale of all 20 wind turbines, access roads, cable routes, and ancillary facilities will be retroactively effective from July 31, 2024. Over the entire term, this wind energy fund has generated an average return of 6.9% per year for investors, thanks to the committed asset management by the experienced experts at EURAMCO.
