Echo Investment has signed a general contractor agreement with Eiffage Polska Budownictwo (EPB) concerning two residential buildings which are to be developed in the quarter of the streets: Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna in Warsaw. The contract worth nearly €18.6m (PLN 79m) concerns the construction of two buildings (B and C), which will include 287 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 113 m². The work has already started and its completion date is Q2 2020.
“EPB is a proven partner of Echo Investment, which guarantees the quality and timeliness of work execution. Other factors which determined the choice included: its high-security standards at building sites, financial resources as well as qualified and experienced staff. Thanks to cooperation with the company we are sure that Browary Warszawskie will be developed according to our concept so as to become a friendly place, where people will want to live, work and spend time,” says Dawid Wrona, sales director in Echo Investment’s Residential Department.
