Duda Development sold Silesian retail park portfolio to a private investor. Avison Young represented the purchaser.
Zabrze retail park is located in the southern part of town, just near cross-town route 902 (Drogowa Trasa Srednicowa), well-connected both with other parts of the town and Silesian agglomeration and accessible both by car and by public transit.

Gliwice retail park is located in the eastern part of town, near the A1 highway and cross-town route 902 (Drogowa Trasa Srednicowa), and is also very well commuted. It offers over 3,300m2 GLA which is also 100% rented. Main tenants are renowned discount retailers: Aldi, Pepco, Rossmann, TEDi.
