Corpus Sireo Real Estate, Cologne, Germany, has sold 79 properties with a total rental space of around 85,000 m² on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management. The properties are part of a fund and belong to the so-called “Drive Portfolio”. The transactions that have been carried out since the start of the mandate in 2015 are mostly smaller commercial buildings in B and C cities. These are largely rented to Commerzbank (formerly Dresdner Bank). The parties have agreed to not disclose the purchase prices.

  • Properties are part of „Drive Portfolio“ (ECT GPROP 1 Fonds)
  • Focus: office and commercial buildings in German B and C cities

Benjamin Schreiber, Account Manager at CORPUS SIREO Real Estate, says: "The nationwide sale of the properties was challenging because the assets were mostly part ownership or building lease was agreed. We are all the more pleased that we have been able to carry out the sales with Martin Wanick, the responsible fund manager at Aberdeen Asset Management, quickly and purposefully."
