Corpus Sireo has announced that it has started the preparations to build a 140 apartment complex with underground parking in the Scheidtweilerstrasse in Cologne's Braunsfeld district. The 9,400 m² project is to be built at the former Möbel Boss site which currently comprises of a warehouse, offices and retail space which are set to be entirely demolished.
The master-plan of the project will be picked at the beginning of September as part of an architectural competition between seven competing offices.
